Clean and well-appointed studio apartment. Comfortable QB. Large TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Conveniently location within walking distance to all Geelong CBD attractions. Dedicated parking space next to the studio apartment is not visible from the main thoroughfare.
Pity that there is no flywire screen to allow ventilation. Positioning/size of the shower door makes entrance to the shower narrower than most.

Great location, very clean, excellent comfortable bed, big tv

The location was great because of it being walking distance to city, train station, and foreshore. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc.
The shower was nice.
The large privacy curtain at entrance is very mouldy. Given there is just one opening into the building being the entrance door, with no window elsewhere, there was no security door to have fresh air and feel secure. Also safety-wise, there is no smoke detector, and no carbon monoxide detector, with the latter concerning us greatly, given that there is a gas stove top.The bathroom has a macerator which is very noisy. No wardrobe space. TV could have been smaller to allow for a small wardrobe and/or somewhere to place luggage. We were unable to get normal TV stations, tried searching which came up with '0' for aerial search.
