Very clean and homely, close to the city and restaurants cafes etc.; exceptional value. Very quiet, although the lawn had not been tidied, a nice sitting sos e outside where you can eat mulberries straight off the tree should you do wish. Access to cooking and washing facilities is shared, but I only once had to wait for the shower and didn’t use the cooking/fridge but all seemed in good order.
The bedrooms are separate with locks and you share a house that is kept clean and tidy but my room with a reasonably comfortable double bed had little room to walk in. One small cupboard and small chest of drawers but I had to tread sideways around the bed to get to it. Pokey, but fine for a place to sleep if you are running about doing stuff. The old floors are squeaky so you hear people if they move about at night. I was not awakened by this however.

A no frills room in an old house. The area is lovely and quiet and looks to be safe from getting your car ripped. Shared kitchen with stuff left around by other tenants. Just a beaut old house. Unfortunately sound carries well in this place. If there are inconsiderate occupiers in other rooms, expect to be woken. And there are no outlets for food at all for several kms. But I think it was a nice spot really.
The bed was a bit sagged on one side.
