In short it was a disappointing experience.

The garden and view to the harbour. Hearing and seeing the Tui’s and other bird life.

Neither an iron, ironing board or clothes line could be found despite being facility inclusions. The house had an overwhelming musty smell which stayed the duration of our stay. This caused us to end our stay early. It was cold the day we arrived but the air conditioner in the lounge room couldn’t heat up the combined lounge/kitchen area, with a mezzanine bedroom. There was no instructions to use the wood heater & neither paper or fire starters so we couldn’t use that to help warm up the area. The heaters in the bedroom warmed that space up but they needed cleaning and smelt. No tv instructions. Property access warning. The road up is steepish. You keep left follow road down to go over a short, narrow, single lane bridge and a sharp turn to the property gate. The gravel driveway is quite steep. Looking at Google street view prior helped a bit with our navigation.
