Subway’s about a 5-minute walk. Good value for money since it’s close to the center. About 12-15 minute walk to Glico Man. Has more space compared to hotel chains. The room has 2 beds, for 4 pax. There’s a small living room with a couch where we kept our luggages, and where we would usually eat. They have toiletries for you too, as well as plates and utensils you can use. They have plenty of sockets too, 4 near the beds. And 3 in the living room.
Lawson, Family Mart and Sukiya near the property. 7-11’s about 8 minutes away.
Stayed here for 8 days but were only provided a set of towels, although this isnt much of a problem since there was a washer dryer in the bathroom. There’s also a balcony where you can hang your clothes to dry. There were issues with the building door- there were times the code provided wouldn’t work so we had to wait for someone else to come out or enter.

Nice location. Walkable distance from different train stations. Place was very comfortable for 2 persons as it can fit up to 4pax.
There’s washing machine and laundry detergent to use which is a plus for us.
The wall/floor wasn’t that soundproof. You can hear when people outside talking loudly or upstairs people (probably kids) running around.

空間雖然不大，但是夠我們一家四人用。小而巧。
離心齋橋有些些些的距離，腳很痛，但是還是要走回去。😅

Location was good within walking distance to metro, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Apartment clean and comfortable. Kitchen had cookware. Washing machine available to wash clothes and patio to dry them. Check in instructions were easy to understand. Our only glitch was that the key wasn't in the lock box, but the host got us the key in about 10 minutes. Good response and communication from host.
There are signs in the lobby and near the 1st floor elevator stating "No Vacation Rentals" "No Airbnb or No WeChat" translated in English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean. I took a picture of it but couldn't post it here. First time encountering this so didn't know what we were supposed to do. We were very concerned that we would get kicked out of the apartment if it got reported. Made us nervous coming and going the whole week we were there.
