Room No 104 is Nice little unit. Very clean and fresh
Good cafes just 1 min walk.
The main entrance door isn’t very obvious. Even though photo of the door was sent, the photo isn’t easily accessed. Needs a sign on the door itself.

Location, very helpful staff who responded very quickly. Easy check-in. I had a problem with the room key (my fault) and the staff were so helpful late on a Saturday night!

It was quite cold overnight, another blanket or rug would have been nice.

Excellent location. Close to CBD and public transport.
Private bathroom.
The hosts do their best to accommodate requests. I requested a room with the bed accessible from both sides. I was given such a room.
Lots of things can be improved:
- two people are checking in but only one pillow on the bed. When I contacted the owner they organised cleaners to give us more pillows but that was next day so the first night was fairly uncomfortable. Also the cleaner told the owner that this cannot be (i.e. one pillow). So the owner emailed me that there are 2 pillows. Why would I lie? And I can count - one, two...
- electric wall outlets should be near the bed so that guests can charge their mobiles overnight and still have them handy.
- previous reviews complain about the noise. They are so correct. Walls are paper thin and many guests couldn't care less about the rules. People come back late at night and slam the entry door. Some guys came back late on Saturday night and started partying so no-one could sleep. So yes, there are rules and the hosts remind us in the welcome email but no-one enforces these rules.
