The location is great. Very close to the old city, but is still in a green area. The furniture is like I would love to have in my own house. The owner and all of his family are super friendly.
We had a bit of a trouble finding the place. This was completely unnecessary, because getting there is actually very easy. Here is how, assuming you are driving: Set your sat nav to Mosque Ras Maa. You will normally approach if from south west. Keep going for another 100 m. Take first turn on the left into a cul-de-sac. Drive to the end of it, Down the staircase the last door on the right is yours.

Absolute Empfehlung!
