- Excellent location with nearby shops (Sainsbury's, oriental supermarkets, pharmacy)
- Clear communication from staff
- Rooms and shared bathroom were clean
Most of this is just my critique.
- Sofa bed could be longer
- Could do with more mugs, bowls, pots and pans
- Bathroom could do with a hand towel
- More towels

Marzia the cleaner was simply fantastic. Not only was she understanding when I overslept, she also was extremely accomodating, lending me her charger and just being very helpful. Five stars from me!

Basic. Just a bed in a room. Excellent value though for London.
One bathroom for five rooms made it a bit of a lottery for a shower in the morning.

Location
Not clean and sofa bed so uncomfortable. Sink and toilet in our en suite had not been cleaned and bathroom mat was all stained.
