Não gostei de nada.
VOCES VENDERAM UM PRODUTO QUE ESTA TOTALMENTE DIFERENTE DO QUE VOCES ANUNCIAM.
Na mesma noite, fui para o IBIS BOTAFOGO com reserva feita no BOOKING para ficar comprovado que NÃO usei NADA deste 'pseudo flat'.
PEÇO A DEVOLUÇÃO DO DINHEIRO PAGO, pois o proprietário já disse que esta tudo em ordem e devidamente normal no imovel.
FAÇAM UMA VISITA , pois voces FALHARAM GRAVEMENTE nesta locação.
Reclamação do FLAT em Botafogo Rj = 02/06 a 08/06/26
Boa tarde. Comprei um periodo com os senhores, tendo como referencia os dados inseridos na Booking. Ocorre que quando lá cheguei o 'flat' era totalmente diferente do anunciado, ou que não foi devidamente mostrado as reais condições do imovel. Na minha avaliação esta totalmente inabitável, sem condições para a acomodação de um casal. NÃO foi mostrado que a Privada fica dentro do box ? e isto não é mostrado ????? Além de colchão, ou a falta dele, uma cama sem condições de dormir. Facas ENFERRUJADAS, janelas apoiadas com um ''pano', banheiro nojento e sem codições de uso, uma parte superior no quarto ao lado da cama usado como 'depósito', tenho até um sofá abandonado e sujo, escadas e todas as coisas de 'sobras', sujos e empueirados, além de detalhes desastrosos. Solicito a devolução do valor PAGO INTEGRALMENTE. Farei a MESMA RECLAMAÇÃO no Tribunal de Pequenas Causas. Aguardo retorno URGENTE. Espero o retorno do valor pago, pois NÃO UTILIZEI A ACOMODAÇÃO E VOCES NÃO NÃO FORMA NO LOCAL para checar se o imovel esta em c ondições de uso . . . Paguei 2.052,00 para NADA . . . No momento da chegada e verificação, tentei contato com o proprietário e com o porteiro para 'entender', mas ninguem me deu atençãoa. NÃO ATENDERAM O MEU CHAMADO E NEM A PORTARIA DO FLAT SE DIGNOU EM TENTAR ACERTAR AS COISAS.
Então solicito ao BOOKING que DEVOLVAM o valor pago.
