Good

Clean, comfortable and good value for money

At my first night there, the bin wasn’t emptied from the previous occupant. I alerted the management but they did nothing until after two days when the bin started smelling really bad, I had to call them back again and after some back and forth they finally sent someone to come take out the bin. Again there was no hot water in the facility in my first night so I couldn’t shower till very very late in the night when the hot water finally came back, again on my second day there was again no hot water in the morning and when I contacted the management to report this, they just apologised and when I asked what other arrangements are in place to enable have my bath and get to work they said there weren’t and that there is nothing they could do, so I ended up going to work to shower that day, it was a really frustrating situation given the amount of money they charge. However, after these few horrible experience everything went back to normal and I finally started enjoying my stay so much so that I even extended my stay with them.

Nice property, poor customer service

The bed,the kitchen and shower facilities were good. The washing machine came in handy as I was there for work, I was able to wash and dry my uniform for the next day.

Only one out of two lifts were working upon check in and on the day of check out, No lifts were working so I had to carry two bags (both heavy) one being a suitcase, by myself from the seventh floor. No daytime hosts were on site throughout the entire day to assist on the Sunday. Woke up ill as I needed help adjusting the ac. Despite confirming the check out time numerous times with the hosts they still confirmed the wrong check out time. Communication is poor. If not for Efram, who was able to partially assist this could’ve easily been one of my worst stays ever. I could barely get any sleep the second night, as I went looking for towels, and returned to my room after encountering a highly traumatic experience. Let’s just say the stench of potential death would make anybody forget about towels. I didn’t get the extra towels in the end, although he didn’t know where they were he had no additional support as I watched him try to contact not one, but two other site managers, none of which were available. Also to charge me a full nights stay for an additional two hours is highly unreasonable especially as I was having an IBS episode due to lack of rest and high anxiety, caused by my stay, my body completely shut down. I was physically unable to move, and left once the IBS Episode has subsided. After which I had to carry my cases down the stairs (still feeling weak) Had I known I was going to be charged a full nights stay, I would’ve stayed the extra day but to charge me after everything I’ve been through during this stay is diabolical.
