I had a terrible experience at this property and strongly advise others to avoid booking it.The owner sent a confirmation link that completely omitted crucial details, including the floor number, room number, and exact location. Because of this severe lack of information, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night even after I managed after one hour to get the key . Shockingly, the next day they updated the link with the missing details and falsely claimed that the information had been there all along. As an engineer who values accuracy and data integrity, I was deeply disappointed by this dishonesty. When I requested a refund, they flatly refused. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with Booking.com customer support just to secure a partial refund. This property is not a hotel; it is merely a studio inside a residential building, with no signage or company name anywhere. It functions like a poorly managed Airbnb rather than a professional booking accommodation. Furthermore, the sheer volume of rule messages sent to guests is overwhelming. They demand that you wash the dishes, maintain total cleanliness, and check out strictly by 11:00 AM. It honestly felt like I was borrowing the facility as a favor, rather than paying for professional hospitality.Additionally, the shower cabin is incredibly small and cramped. It might work for a small person, but as someone who is a bit heavy, I could not even take a shower comfortably.Save your money and peace of mind. The management lacks basic professionalism, honesty, and respect for their guests.
