2bed has no garden access and needs work

I was very disappointed with this accommodation. My booking stated access to a garden and a terrace in the booking.com app for the 2 bed property. However, there is NO GARDEN ACCESS. This was very bad for us as we had brought our dog. The host blamed booking.com for the issue and booking blamed the host. On first glance the property looks nice however once you start using it, the details are lacking. There was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink (the switch was on for the hot water as per the labels stuck to a plug in the property but it still wasn't working). the host asks that you dont change settings so we just boiled the kettle to wash dishes. The toilet is right beside the fridge! The door is like a closet door so it doesn’t close snugly ... so play some music if using it! (picture attached) There were chips out of a lot of the crockery, The "beds" upstairs were just mattresses on the floor and would not be suitable for all guest types. (picture attached) The spiral staircase was very narrow and steep and would not be suitable for all guest types, I would not feel safe if I needed to evacuate in the event of a fire In the master bedroom there were two windows, one window had no blinds or curtains, the other had a blind that did not block the sun. Meaning we woke when the sun came up at 5am! (picture attached) The pebble driveway was very noisy, so when other guests were coming and going from the other property it was very loud The window in the sitting room opened onto a busy road so it was not pleasant to keep it open There were two cameras in the living area, I’m not sure if they were on or not, we covered the one in the kitchen area, but still it was not nice to see them there. One of the cameras could see the bed (mattress) on the second floor. There was a hidden wifi network at the property so we could not check if the cameras were connected or not.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect, we had all the information we needed beforehand and many propositions for things to do and see around the place. It was very tidy and clean, all kitchen utensils provided, very nice design of the rooms, just a perfect place to be.

There was everything you would need in our accommodation. Beds were very comfortable. You were quite central to most of the tourist attractions.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about our stay.
