The room was superbly clean, comfortable, well laid and contained suitable amenities. We had arrived late due to transport issues, and the host was beyond accommodating, maintaining communication at all times to support us, meeting us late for check in and ensuring we got in safe and gave us a guide for how to get around the town with the limited time we had. The hosts dropped us at the train station in the morning, provided us late check out and we're at all times extremely accommodating and supportive. We couldn't rate them more highly and can't recommend them more for a stay in Fenghuang. The views are amazing, the location is central and accessible to the main areas of the town and the beds we're seriously comfortable and the costs was extremely affordable. All over, an amazing host.
No issues on our end! The stay was impeccable.
