The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the city centre (about 15 minutes on foot). The area felt a little less safe at night, although we didn't experience any problems during our stay.
The accommodation itself was modern, new and thoughtfully designed, and we were very satisfied with both the room and its location. Even though we arrived in Lisbon quite late, getting to the hotel by Bolt was easy and comfortable. The journey from the airport took only around 15 minutes by car.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were happy with our choice!
We travelled as a family of three. Although there was a sofa bed in the other room, we couldn't find any bed sheets for it, so we ended up sharing a bed with our son.
We also found the floors a little noisy. On the first morning, I woke up hearing what sounded like footsteps in our room, only to realise that the noise was coming from upstairs. It wasn't a major issue, but it could be a little disturbing at times.
Finally, as a small suggestion rather than a complaint, it would be nice to have some basic kitchen essentials, such as salt, available.
Overall, these were minor inconveniences, and we were still satisfied with our stay.

I booked literally 5 minutes before checking in very late at night…. my previous accommodation messed up. As it was last minute I called the property, the person answered helped me check in immediately. So grateful as I was feeling stranded not knowing what to do as a solo female traveller. The property was amazing, everything that I could ask for.. thank you guys for the wonderful stay.

Close to metro and tram. Clean and confortable.
The stairs very narrow.

The accomodation is near a metro station
From the booking to the check in time, there was no warning that the codes to enter the flat were going to be sent at the last moment. The environment around the accomodation is dirty and shady, and does not feel safe for every type of person. The flat is nice but is not worth the price
