Mold and cockroaches. A health hazard!

Good location, but constant daytime noise from a neighboring construction site made it hard to enjoy...

From the moment we arrived, the apartment had an extremely strong and unpleasant musty smell. We opened all windows for several hours in an attempt to ventilate the space. However, as soon as the windows were closed, the smell returned very quickly. We identified the cause when we discovered visible MOLD in the bathroom and next to the windows. They offered a cleaning, which did not help at all.. After requesting another one they just ignored our request. After spending just one night in the apartment, we developed breathing issues, which we believe are directly related to exposure to mold and poor air quality. Additionally, we encountered at least three COCKROACHES. One of them (the biggest) we managed to trap underneath a glass. See photos. This accommodation clearly does not meet basic health, hygiene, or safety standards. The customer service we encountered was slow to respond and did not take our concerns seriously.

Aparment is on very good location and comfortable.

location and comfort of apartment

Since I was in December I need to warm apartment, only one of three a/c worked and heated apartment. Only one TV device is on inconvenient place just when you enter apartment. Need one more TV device in bedroom. There was no shampoo and soap in bathroom.
