I like the friendliness of the staff, very helpful in many ways from the initial booking, check in and transfers
There wasn't anything to dislike about the property.

Nothing. Yes it's pricey but that's Palau.

I loved the friendly hotel staff. The room with a view across the the gardens and rock islands. Great to have filtered water and tea/coffee and biscuits available. The bed was so comfortable. The pub downstairs is great and runs daily specials.
I would have liked the water temperature to be a little hotter for the bath. (Just personal preference). More fruit options for breakfast would be lovely too.
