Location Fantastic , close to Cavern , a few streets away so no noise ,5 min walk to Liverpool one, great value too. also has someone on reception all the time and Lifts to floors. No bar or anything but pubs restaurants ect. all around best you will get and low cost.
Can't open the window, but didn't need to , also maybe do away with the bath and just have Shower on its own as the shower in bath so not having to lift leg for stepping in it's a ittle bit awkward and high alsoneed a Matt in the bath so don't slip. still would go back next time. just saying🫢

The location was perfect. You are in the heart of the city centre for the Albert Docks (5-10 minute walk) and for Mathew street about 10 minute walk. The beds were so comfortable.
Early morning noise; the bin men with their squeaky bins emptying the bottles at 4:30am. There was some music and people noise late into the night and early morning. Sone of the carpets were very dirty in the rooms and the hallways. Our shower was quite mouldy. They don’t clean the rooms every day-only every 3rd day but if you need anything you can ask reception. My husband did ask for some more coffees but they didn’t have any.

The staff were genuinely nice, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Their attitude was the most positive aspect of the experience.
Our room was not cleaned once during our entire stay from 8th to 12th October. Towels and toilet paper were only provided when we specifically asked for them, rather than being replenished regularly. The room was also outdated, and I believe its condition should be accurately reflected in the photographs and description on Booking.com before guests make a reservation. Considering I paid approximately €500, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort and service. I could have booked an entire apartment for that price, but I deliberately chose a hotel expecting a more comfortable and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met.
