The owner is not responsible. Please avoid book with this guy if you value your money
The owner of this apartment is completely irresponsible.
On July 8, I booked this apartment through Booking.com and received a confirmation that my reservation was confirmed. I tried calling the owner several times, but they never answered the phone. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I contacted them via WhatsApp. They replied that the apartment was already booked, without providing any explanation.
I informed the owner that my reservation had already been confirmed and was valid. However, they told me that I would not be allowed to check in because the apartment was already occupied. They completely ignored my confirmed booking and said they were not responsible for the problem.
The owner did not offer any alternative solution. Communication with them is extremely difficult. They do not answer regular phone calls and only respond on WhatsApp to say that the apartment is already booked.
I had to spend nearly two hours contacting Booking.com’s customer service to get a refund for the money I had paid.
I do not recommend that anyone book with this owner. Once you make a reservation through Booking.com, they will not answer your calls. They will only reply on WhatsApp to tell you that the apartment is already booked.
In my opinion, this is a deceptive practice that misleads customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking with this owner. If I could give a rating, they wouldn’t even deserve 0.
