Everything was awesome just the hot water.

Location was awesome. Enjoyed our stay.

The hot water is extreme. Also shower is affected by other water running in the apartment and goes scorching hot.

9 / 10

Comfortable and great location.

Everything. A superb and well kept apartment central to everything.

Can’t check in until 3pm! The norm is still 2pm in many places. So it would be nice if check out was therefore 11am! A $40 late check out fee for 1 hour isn’t reasonable, sorry. The lighting needs to be looked at. Lights in lounge and main bedroom constantly flickering on and off. A little annoying.

An extremely poor experience

Nothing I like. There was nothing we could possibly like. We could not even stay there.

The two bedrooms apartment was not cleaned and serviced at all prior to our arrival early in the evening. No new towels. Bed sheets were still the same. Beds were not made. Apartment was not cleaned etc. The one and only lift of the building was also broke down. We have travellers in their 70s and the luggage was heavy. The owner somehow was not aware of any of these i.e. both the broken lift and apartment not serviced. From what I have gathered, her cleaner could not do the work and the cleaner was supposed to organise for someone else to do the job but despite that nothing was done prior to our arrival. This was really not we wanted to experience after touring for the whole day. We were tired and hungry. Owner suggested that we go to another motel nearby. We did. To get a refund we have to approached Booking.com It was not easy and straightforward and very time consuming. It was useless telephoning Booking.com It was an AI agent and could not sort out the issue. I have to write and wait for reply. Everything I wrote here is nothing but the truth. We have also taken a few photographs to show. I have never ever written a negative review about any property we had stayed in. Never. This is the first time. I would also like to mention one weird experience. Owner had SMS me a few times and I have SMS her once. Somehow I did not receive a single SMS from her. She could receive that single SMS from me though.

De ligging

Erg gehorig. Onze bovenburen hebben ons echt uit de slaap gehouden. De vloer kraakt enorm en iedere stap hoor je.
