The location is excellent - very close walking distance to Kadriorg Park and in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is nice and spacious, and the double bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. While the apartment and furniture (like the living room couch) are quite old, the listing photos are accurate, so you get exactly what you see.
The "free parking" is very misleading. The designated free spot is just a piece of sidewalk between the building and a fence, which felt illegal to park on. I parked in front of the house, misread the tricky instructions, and got fined. As parking was a primary requirement for me, this was a huge disappointment.
Also, a smoking neighbor made it impossible to ventilate the rooms; opening the windows just brought heavy cigarette smoke inside. Finally, the second bedroom isn't a classic bedroom - it's separated only by a sliding door, and the beds in there are quite uncomfortable.

Puiki lokacija, iki kelto 15 min. pėsčiomis. Senamiestis taip pat arti. Švarus erdvus butas.
Jau galima būtų pakeisti čiužinius miegamus ir svetainėj lovą sėdėt jau nelabai patogu
