Struttura nuovissima. Doccia molto ampia. Letto grande e molto comodo, prese ad ogni comodino. Parcheggio al chiuso e gratuito, da prenotare. Fermata dell'autobus esattamente davanti all'ingresso del palazzo.

I like that the room was new. The location/ lobby itself was confusing because it is an office building. The entrance to the hotel is not very impressive. Also it will be helpful if there was some kind of shelf in the shower to put toiletries on.
That said, the staff were very kind and patient. Vera waited for us to get settled in and offered us water and add'l pillows. The housekeeping lady was also genuinely helpful when we checked out.
Getting there was very confusing. The GPS brought us twice to the VW dealership next door. You should specify that your entrance is along Xabier Lizardi St and maybe include these coordinates in your instructions:
43°18'02.3"N 2°00'13.9"W (in Google Maps)
Because that street is a one way street, it will be helpful to guide your guests to the right spot.
