The proximity to the town.
The uniqueness of the room.
The size of the bathroom.
The view of the mountains.
The lack of a microwave or refrigerator, as well as a desk.

Memorable design of the room and a beautiful view from the windows. Super clean and well maintained. The ancient center within 5-minute walking distance. A big parking area just in front of the house. Easy access to the apartment and clear self-check-in instructions.
Everything was fine.

Inside was beautiful and view of vineyard and mountains. Ease of instructions to get into the accommodation.
Unfortunately the area out back has a delapitated building. Nothing the manager can control.
