This 3 night stay in Combarro was by far my favorite time on the whole Camino walk. The village and house is centered in a place I would like to call home. The hosts were fantastic, meeting all of our needs and arrangements. I prefer to call them family, as their restaurant right next door became a place I spent each evening with a glass of wine, oysters and the best scallops of the trip.
I cannot express the "love" I have for the staff at the restaurant and the owner who went out of his way to meet every need and request. I was truly blessed by my time here. We may only be passing through.
But my time here will always be planted in my heart. God bless!!!
I wish I could have stayed longer.

Fabulous casita right on the water in beautiful Combarro. This was a last minute booking and it turned out to be my favorite place to stay during our 5 week travels. Unfortunately, we only had one night there but I would love to go back and stay longer. Owner also owns the restaurant next door which, had we known that, we would have definitely eaten there (but I had already made reservations down the street). I loved everything about this apartment - just book it!
I didn't like that I only had one night to spend there :(

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t quite believe it. It’s beautifully done out inside and the outside is a great place to sit out and relax. It is right next door to some fab restaurants.
