This two-story holiday home features approximately 100 m² of living space and is fully basemented. Entering through a small annex, guests find a narrow hallway leading to the basement, which includes a shower room with WC, hand basin, washing machine, and sauna. The upper floor houses two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and dining table. The cozy living room offers comfortable seating, a wood stove, and a flat-screen TV with German channels. A guest WC is also available on this level. Firewood for the stove is included in the rental price. Please note that bed linen and towels must be provided by guests, and there is a mandatory end-cleaning fee for stays with pets.

Guests can explore the nearby Lagan river for bathing or venture further to Laholm, approximately 30 km away, where they can find a well-developed tourism infrastructure, including restaurants and access to Mellbystrand's sandy beaches along the Baltic Sea. Local attractions also include the Elchpark "Smålandet" near Markaryd, ideal for family outings. Please note that the arrival and departure days are fixed on Saturdays during high seasons, with flexible options in the low season.
