This is a lovely cottage well decorated and very comfortable for a couple or a small family. It is walkable to downtown Falmouth, which is right around the corner. And also walkable to the ferry that takes you to Martha’s Vineyard. The host was amazing and very responsive. The check-in process was very easy and the cottage was very very clean.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home.The location was perfect—quiet, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to do. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process effortless from booking through checkout.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay!

Perfect Cape Cod rental for our family of four (2 adults 2 kids)! The cottage was exceptionally clean, well stocked (loved the Nespresso machine!) and a short walk to Falmouth’s Main Street for shopping and dining. Beds were comfy and the backyard is a beautiful oasis (goldfish pond and wild bunnies!) The cottage served as a great location for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket as well as exploring other nearby towns like Sandwich and Chatham. Highly recommend!
