This lovingly renovated seaside villa combines historic charm with modern comfort and offers the ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation in the “Kaiserbad.”
The approximately 55 m² attic apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) is in a quiet location and accommodates up to three people. A bright living area with a cozy sitting area, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and ample storage space. Exposed wooden beams and the glass-enclosed roof structure give the apartment a special atmosphere. From the living room, you have direct access to the sheltered rooftop terrace, which is a wonderful outdoor retreat well into the fall.
The modern kitchenette features a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space right next to the house are, of course, available to you. In the basement, there is a washer and dryer available for shared use for a fee. In the courtyard, there is a shed for secure bicycle storage.
