About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a building constructed on a small slope and is accessible almost at ground level. On the side opposite the entrance, a balcony offers a sweeping view of the surrounding countryside. In the entryway of the house, there is a storage area for skis, sleds, or hiking boots.
The country-style apartment consists of two rooms—a living-dining room with an open kitchen and a bedroom—as well as a bathroom. The living area has direct access to the balcony. During the summer months, a parasol, chairs, and lounge chairs are available there.
Amenities include a TV with cable, a Blu-ray and DVD player, a CD/MP3 player, a telephone, and games for children. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure. Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Here you’ll find well-equipped vacation apartments and vacation homes with living spaces ranging from 34 to 94 square meters. The properties are privately owned and have been lovingly and individually furnished by the owners.
The vacation village features a playground for children with a sandbox, climbing frame, and swings—a great place for kids to make new friends.
Bedding and towels are not included in this accommodation but can be requested after booking (bedding €12.00, towel €2.30, bath towel €2.50, kitchen towel €1.10).
A washing machine and dryer are available at the front desk for a fee.
An internet and phone connection is not available in every apartment and is not included in the lease agreement. Outages and malfunctions do not entitle you to a rent reduction.
The apartments are rented out exclusively on behalf of and for the account of the respective owners.
The lease agreement is concluded with the apartment owner.
