About this house rental
Located in the beautiful town of La Croix Valmer, in the direct vicinity of the beaches of Gigaro, Sylvabelle, the house is nestled at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac.
For all those who dream of a large authentic Provençal house, in the heart of the Mediterranean, this house is made for you.
The accommodation
160m2, with a terraced garden of 1000m2, the house offers different indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
First floor:
- Living room, dining room and semi-open kitchen all with sea view.
- 2 bedrooms with large cupboards, sea view, and terrace access.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 large laundry room
- 1 nice starter
- 2 toilets
- The plus, a mezzanine open to the living room transformed into a games room with an extra bed.
Upstairs:
- 1 very large bedroom with plenty of cupboards and an office space
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 WC
- 1 terrace in Saint-Tropez
Outside:
-1st covered terrace with deckchair, and outdoor table for 8 people
-2nd terrace in height that can be reached by taking a small staircase, it offers an incredible view of the sea, perfect for recharging your batteries or reading a book in peace.

The house has been designed as a real holiday home with all the comforts you would expect.
All the bedding is new, and we provide you with all the linen (sheets and towels). 2 king size beds (180*200), 1 classic bed (140*190).
Equipped kitchen: 2 fridges/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, etc....
Numerous games and library available.

- quick access to the downtown (4 minutes)
- 5 beaches less than 10 minutes away by car (Débarquement, Gigaro, Bouillabaisse, Sylvabelle, Heraclea) with various water activities (catamaran, paddle, water skiing, snorkelling)
- Many walks to do and hiking trails
- Cities to visit nearby Grimaud, cavalaire, Saint tropez, Gassin
- La Croix Valmer is a good starting point for visiting the Var hinterland.
Be careful this house is terraced, with many stairs, it is not suitable for young children
