The room was clean, and the bed was very large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special – the selection could be a bit more varied.
There were no options for children at the restaurant, which made dining less convenient for families. At breakfast, it was difficult to find things, as the setup was not very clear or well-organized. There was also no hot water available for tea — only coffee options were provided.
Cutlery and dishes were stored in a low cabinet that was hard for adults—especially older people—to spot and reach, while also being too easily accessible to small children, which seemed unsafe.
We also paid extra for an old town view, but unfortunately the windows were so dirty that we could barely see anything, which was disappointing.
