We arrived at 7 PM and the villa was NOT ready. They rushed the cleaning in front of us but left it half-done and filthy.
The moment we arrived, a staff member called us pressuring us to cancel the http://Booking.com reservation and pay cash with a "small discount". We refused. It was clearly an attempt to scam us and avoid responsibility.
The staff who checked us in gave us ZERO information about the villa, especially the outdoor lights. We spent our first night in complete darkness outside.
The disasters:
- Pool: Extremely dirty and unusable. Full of garbage.
- Main door: Electronic keypad was broken. The villa could not be locked. No security at all.
- Cockroaches: Infested everywhere. Even INSIDE the fridge.
- Beds: Half of them had no sheets or covers.
- Internet: Cut off for 2 full days.
- Safety: While we were sitting in the morning, a STRANGE MAN walked in without permission. We suddenly found him in front of our family. It terrified us.
