All was good except for the one morning when the bacon was a bit tough

The staff was helpful and polite
The food. The breakfast is poor and the food à la carte isn’t great either.

Good
Welcome was a huge mess. The rooms weren't ready and staff gave different narratives while the booking had been made days ago. I paid for a standard room but my kids slept in the small suit bedroom for the same price.
