Great location near the seafront.
Really good sized property.
Comfy beds. Nice smell on the linen.
Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms.
Nice light under the kitchen cupboards.
Lovely showers. Nice big bath.
Clean.
Bay window which was nice to sit in.
Good lighting throughout.
Lovely big towels and good quality.
The kitchen was a nice theme (strawberry matcha).
No wardrobes available (they were locked).
Only one flimsy pop-up rail available in one room which wasn't fit for purpose for 6 people. No rails in the other two rooms.
Bathroom floor became very slippery (even with a bath mat down) in the main bathroom.
Sofa not big enough for more than 2 people.
The beds on the top floor were extremely noisy/squeaky which is really audible in the bedroom below.
A minor one, but the cutlery is quite flimsy. Could do with sturdy matal cutlery.
We had one specific issue where a used sanitary towel had got stuck to one of the blankets at the end of the bed. It appeared to have been through the wash and missed when replacing on the bed. Informed the owner who was mortified and apologetic.

The apartment is in a grest location, good transport links. My favourite bit was the window seat- sitting with a cuppa tea and watching the world go by was relaxing.
Great facilities and close to beach for a walk .We will be returning.

Very spacious and interior is faithful to photos. Kitchen is useful enough, we were able to cook proper meal. Also close to most places in Bexhill, including beach and park.
The washing machine can use some cleaning. I understand it’s not a primary facility but it would enhance guest experience. Other than that all good!

The apartment was very clean and nice in itself. Some better quality cutlery would have been good and more glasses and mugs
The approach was very disappointing. The door from the street was dirty, the carpets were dirty and the common parts dirty and in need of redecorating. Not helped by builders working in the ground floor apartment. a very poor first impression. Mats on the stairs were not helpful as we were carrying bags and a baby to the second floor. Front apartment door opening directly onto the stairs was not helpful.
