Cheap, but still not worth it

Key pickup and drop off was simple, apartment was cheap

The walls were lined with Styrofoam for some reason, but I heard every word of the neighbor's nonstop phone calls. Everything in the kitchen was dirty, the dishes, stove, everything. The bathroom was located across the hall in a common area, there was no TV.
