We definitely would stay again. Everything you need has been thoughtfully provided. Superb quality beds, linen and pillows.
Aldeburgh is awash with overpriced holiday lets but The Pilots House is an absolute gem that’s reasonably priced and a lovely calm cosy place to stay.
The location! Two min stroll to the beach and two seconds to the shops. (The deli just along is fantastic).
A walk along the beach to Thorpness. Great food at dog friendly Dolphin Inn.
Drive to The Unruly Pig in Woodbridge for exceptional evening meal is a must. Also lunch inside the Concert Hall cafe at Snape Maltings worth a visit.
Snape Maltings isn’t all dog friendly

Great location so close to the beach, nicely appointed, really comfy beds and a fab shower. And lovely, responsive hosts.
Would love to go back!

Fantastic location! The view of the sea from the bedroom window was beautiful and I would return just for that !!!!
Very clean ! Comfy beds !
It was exceptionally hot ( especially for the uk ) when we stayed & fans in the bedroom would have been appreciated- however I mentioned to Georgie and she was straight on it so a big plus to the owner !
I felt the courtyard out the back could have been more inviting but we spent most of our time out so it wasn’t an issue
