Apartment and location were fantastic
Only issues were the accessibility, is quite difficult to get into the building. Accessing the parking fob meant parking on the busy Hay street to then drive back around to the parking entrance, and the external carpark made it tricky to navigate

Close to Perth city on what we wanted to do
I could not see a swimming pool and it was advertised . When I went to use the car park, my car would not fit because it’s underground car park and I had a very high car. It needs to be known that only a set size cars can fit in the car park but lucky here accommodated with another car park.

Nice little apartment. Neat and clean.
Bathroom sliding door isn't lockable and light floods into second bedroom whenever anyone uses it during the night. Second bedroom has no window or airflow. Also, parking is extremely tight...would not recommend with a larger vehicle.
