Amazing value, great location but very basic accomodation.

Amazing value for money, the location is great and the pool is fantastic.

Very basic room and not very clean. 2 bath towels only, no hand towels, no bath mat so water from shower was everywhere.

We like the location, the beach and pool access

The property itself was very good, and the facilities were excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the management. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but when we arrived at 4:00 PM, the room was still not ready. We ended up waiting for another hour before we could access the room. Since the pool and beach facilities close at 6:00 PM, we were unable to fully enjoy them on our first day because we only got settled after 5:00 PM. Another inconvenience was the missing access card. We were informed that it had been lost by a previous guest, and no replacement was provided. Since access to the pool requires the card, we had to ask staff to let us in each time and repeatedly explain the situation. While the property itself is worth visiting, the lack of organization and poor handling of guest services negatively affected what should have been a relaxing holiday experience.

Nice apartment, but the check-in experience needs significant improvement.

It was okay and worth the money. The beach can be accessed directly from the back of the apartment building, and parking is free.

My booking was handled by a third party. According to their message, check-in was at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. We arrived at exactly 3:00 PM, but the receptionist informed us that we needed to receive an access code from the third party before we could enter the room. We tried contacting them several times, but their response was not professional. They sent misleading WhatsApp messages stating that our booking had been cancelled and replaced with another apartment in JBR. Based on this information, we went to JBR Rimal 3 to find the apartment and spent an additional AED 20 on parking. When we arrived, we were told that the room was already occupied. We made numerous attempts to contact them, but our calls were not answered. Finally, at 5:09 PM, I received a message stating that our apartment was ready, along with the access code. We then returned to Seven Palm Studio to collect the key and parking access card. After that, we went to the assigned parking area, only to find another car parked there. We informed them and were eventually given a different parking space. After all these delays and formalities, we finally entered the apartment at around 6:40 PM. The apartment itself was good, but the check-in process was very disappointing and poorly managed. I would also suggest providing basic amenities such as tea bags and sugar sachets for guests. Most importantly, the check-in process should be properly organized. Guests come from different locations, and spending several hours just to receive an access code and parking card is not professional. Please improve these arrangements for future guests. The apartment was good, but the check-in experience significantly affected our stay. I hope these issues will be addressed.
