Было бы всё отлично, если бы не проблема с замком, которая продержала нас 30 минут в коридоре!
Сами апартаменты нам понравились, но есть одно большое НО, которое съедает все плюсы!!! В сентябре-октябре 2026 г, когда мы отдыхали, везде была одна большая стройка! Строят и внутри помещения и снаружи, причём без выходных и часов отдыха. Только после того, как я записала на диктофон шум отбойного инструмента в 5:00 утра из номера и 3:20 утра на лоджии и пригрозила обратиться в полицию - шума стало чуть меньше. Когда стройка закончится, то эти апартаменты станут куда более привлекательными, чем сейчас.
Мы месяц жили в апартаментах с двумя спальнями и шикарным видом из окон. Убирали и меняли бельё, как мы и договаривались, два раза в неделю, но иногда приходилось напоминать.
На вопросы отвечали не сразу, тоже нужно настаивать, а, когда мы попросили вернуть деньги за 2 суток, так как решили съехать раньше, причём сделали это за 2 недели до окончания срока аренды, нам отказали.
И ещё: очень мало кто понимает по- английски, но доброжелательность практически всех вьетнамцев позволяла решать вопросы по объяснениям буквально "на пальцах". Бассейны в здании платные!
Апартаменты находятся на самом въезде в Халонг, до центра минут 15-20 пешком.
Из плюсов: отличный пляж в 7 минутах ходьбы от ICON40, где мы жили.

I brought along some snacks and drinks for times when I return to the room late. The space in the room is convenient enough for storing and consuming these personal items without interfering with my daily routine

The WiFi worked, the airco did too.
We went through three apartments before we found a relatively clean one. However, the kitchen and the floor still weren’t clean, but we settled for it anyway.
After half an hour, someone from the organization unexpectedly knocked on our door to collect the payment. This wasn’t announced and was someone else than the one person we were in contact with. After the payment was done, we asked the guy if the housekeeping could stop by to sweep/vacuum the floor. He texted someone and said it would be handled. Until the moment we checked out, the situation of the floor remained the same and was not handled.
We cannot imagine that many of the reviews stated to this listing, are based on real experiences, due to the fact that the majority “did not stay the entire length of their booking” and because the experiences described in the reviews don’t reflect our own.
