Pathetic,, very bad ..

I didn’t like anything about the property its very unhygienic, there is no view from the property its down below a hill and noises of building new properties and very very unhygienic

The moment we arrived we felt we have been cheated, the property is not like you see in the picture. The booking agent constantly phones you to demand advance payment of 2000 inr, before you arrive And they will not refund the advance. Even though booking. Com says no prepayment needed, they still phones you and demands the advance saying it will be booked by someone else, people are waiting bla blah ,, we know that nobody else will book it but after phoning constantly we will do the advance, once we do the advance we have to stay there right? When we reached the villa , it was very unclean, the bedsheet was not even changed, the duevet and the loundry all were not washed , there were lizard scats(poo) on top of the beds and pillows.. The fans were covered in dust and dirt, the sitting area , dining room , kitchen all covered in dust and dirt, when we phoned the agent he says he cannot change the bedsheet and duvet, after phoning multiple people one boy came and changed the sheet covers. The bathroom is very very unhygienic, pool is not cleaned and the water is not changed, they simply put lot of Chlorine which causes irritation and itchy face and hands,, too much in the sense too much chlorine.. Awful stay and I do not recommend this place and people. The property does not have any view , it lies beneath a steep hill, they are building new properties and the place is all covered in dust and noises, the view which you have from this property is only buildings and other small properties. There are other places and properties with the same amount . This place is sooo soo bad
