Fantastic location, rooms were massive, and I loved that the shower and toilet were in separate rooms.
I was only provided with hand towels, not a full sized towel and when I asked if they had any at reception they just gave me more hand towels.

A very peaceful and comfortable place to stay. I really enjoyed the beach life in Haeundae and had a relaxing stay overall.
The only downside was that the hotel is a little farther from the beach than expected, which wasn’t clearly mentioned in the property details.

I had a great stay, I went here for my birthday and they updated the room into one with city view as I asked, thank you so much. The location is wonderful, near the beach.
No breakfast included or coffe in the room.

Basic accommodation with clean space. Located conveniently.
Front desk staff is most rude and unhelpful. Despite asking for basic towels and cleaning of the room nothing was done. Mr. Han at the desk simply said they forgot. When pushed he offered to get it cleaned when we came back at night after a long day out travelling. Very poor service and bad staff attitude.
