Everything was 5 star with this hotel. All the staff were friendly and attentive, and made us feel special. In addition, there is top quality everywhere - the restaurants, the rooms, the standard of the bedding, the views and the facilities. We were only able to stay one night but we wish that we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at this new, modern property, conveniently located close to the backwater boat rides. The hotel is clean & well - maintained, with an inviting swimming pool. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed & a beautiful view from the window overlooking the lake & the lush rice paddy fields. A special mention goes to the professional & attentive staff for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Everyone was polite, friendly & always ready to assist. Special thanks to Aashish, Birmingham & the F & B Manager for making our stay so pleasant. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Overall it was a truly memorable experience & we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable & welcoming place to stay in Alleppey.
