The apartment was modern, clean and tidy, it's very close to the stadium which was great for us. Central to the city centre, very convenient.
Not sure who, but when we arrived there was an open full container of milk with straw in sitting on the bench.

Had all the facilities we required. Comfortable beds.
If you have a fry pan - make it a non stick one, particularly if you do not provide goldilocks for cleaning the stainless steel pan. It would be helpful to provide baking paper.
3 levels, and the walk from the footpath to carry your gear into and out of the apartment.
The TV setup. Complex but owner/manager was very helpful to navigate through it. The instructions need re writing - they good be simpler. For example when you state "go to Live TV" - forget that, just say if you want Live TV, like TVNZ 1 or go to freeview icon! Saying go to Live TV and then Freeview is confusing as there is a Live TV icon!

Short walk to the city, beds were comfortable, nice and modern. All car parks out front were taken I had to park 5min walk up the road the whole duration of our stay which was no problem.

l'appartement conrrespond bien à sa description sur Booking. mais on a le sentiment d'entrer dans une clinique. tout est blanc ; rien aux murs ; aucuen touche de couleur. pas même des mouchoirs jetables dans la salle de bain. on sent bien que le propriétaire/gestionnaire est là pour maximiser ses profits et rien ne doit l'en empêcher. mais le plus incroyable est de recevoir 24h avant mon arrivée un email stipulant qu'en cas de départ postérieur à 10h du matin exactement, une amende de 25 $NZ (nouvelle-zéalnde) sera appliquée par heure de retard. avoir un tel comportement vis à vis d'un client est inacceptable. d'autant plus que la location pour une nuit de cet appartement m'a couté 926 $NZ (environ 466 € !) ; ca fait cher pour une seule nuit ; alors evoir quitter l'appartement à 10h du matin un dimanche, on aimerait pour voir partir seulement à 11h. il se trouve que je loue actuellement un appartement à Dunedin de même taille (100m2) avec 2 chambres. le prix est moitié moindre et cet appartement est décoré et chaleureux. je décommande donc la location de cet appartement à Christchurch.
