Great central and safe location, close to CBD as well as walking trails. Situated in nice surroundings and with beautiful views of Outeniqua mountains. Apartment is spacious with modern amenities, including ample toiletries of good quality. We appreciated the welcoming ambiance, with soft soothing music, upon our arrival.
There are a few items that, in our opinion, require attention and which we communicated directly to the property manager (Karla):
1. The quality and contents of the cutlery drawer, and
2. The towels need refreshment.
We were encouraged by Karla’s positive response to our recommendations. In fact, communication from Karla was always friendly and helpful.

my only suggestion would be to install a handrail in second bathroom as it is not too easy to get into the bath to use the shower and the bath can be slippery when wet (the space between the wall and shower glass is not overly big due to layout of bathroom making it not so easy for any person that might be slightly older). A non-slip bathmat for inside the bath to stand on will also be a good option. this was my only "criticism".
