Bad sleep & unrespectful host

The apartments are located a moderate distance from the beach in a quiet area. There's a highway nearby, but overall there wasn't much noise. The terrace has a great view, so you can enjoy your meal and lounge on a sun lounger. The beds are comfortable thanks to the firm mattresses

Our entire vacation experience was ruined by the leaky air conditioners in the bedrooms (water was pouring out after 10 minutes of use). Judging by a review on another website, the problem had been known for at least two weeks when we checked in. Because of this, we couldn't sleep comfortably; it was hot, so we had to open the windows and doors and listen to street noise. This continued for five days. As a result, we didn't get enough sleep during our vacation. I also saw in that review that the person had encountered many of the same issues I had. Specifically, there were minor issues around the apartment that made it clear it wasn't cleaned often (stained towels, no shower holder, bulging parquet floors in places, loose door handles, and window frames in the bedrooms that didn't close properly). The cleaning before check-in wasn't very high-quality, and we had to wait a bit. Communication with the owner was also strange, as after moving in, he began responding to messages less frequently, requiring us to message him several times. He responded briefly and curtly (in another review, the person had the same issue, and even answered the phone rudely). Upon checkout, we requested partial compensation for the inability to use one of the most important amenities for us among those advertised in the apartment (the owner didn't even warn us about problems with the air conditioners and that he was looking for a repairman—he seemed completely unaware), but they refused us, saying that refunds were non-existent and, thank you for the stay, you'll get a discount on this amount next time (which won't happen). He apologized for this situation only once, and in the end, we got the feeling he doesn't care about his reputation and is willing to spit on the client for money.

We loved the outdoor area!!! Excellent !

We loved the location. Away from the hub bub of the beach but close enough to be there in 10 minutes. The view from the penthouse was amazing.
