About this house rental
Sasquatchtown Abby is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath mountain chalet on a quiet wooded street in Massanutten Village, a few minutes from the slopes, the indoor waterpark and golf. Sleeps up to 10, and the dog can come too.
THE SPACE
The open living area has a stone fireplace and a big smart TV, and it flows right into a fully stocked kitchen (dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and the pots, pans and dishes you'd expect at home). Out back, the screened porch works as a second living room: morning coffee, outdoor dinners and card games with no bugs.
OUTSIDE
• Propane glass-stone fire table for cold nights
• Fully fenced backyard with cornhole
• Grill and outdoor dining
• Wooded setting with mountain views through the trees once the leaves drop
BRING THE DOG
Up to 2 dogs welcome. The fenced backyard means they can run off-leash. Shenandoah National Park allows leashed dogs on most of its trails, and Massanutten Resort welcomes dogs in its outdoor parks.

• 3 bedrooms with queen beds
• Bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk (kids love it)

High chair, kids' dinnerware, children's books and toys, board games and room-darkening shades.
LOCATION
Minutes to Massanutten skiing, snow tubing, the indoor/outdoor waterpark, golf and mountain biking. About 20 minutes to Harrisonburg and JMU. Skyline Drive, the Shenandoah River, caverns, wineries and breweries make easy day trips.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Independently owned. Not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. Resort activities require separate tickets and can sell out, so book ahead.
• The seasonal community pool (Memorial Day–Labor Day) is about $6 per person, per day, set by the property owners' association (MPOA).
• All living space is on one level, with exterior stairs up to the front door and down to the backyard.
• A car is required. AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter weather.
• Driveway fits 2 cars. Free overflow parking at 4007 Peak Drive. No buses, campers or RVs.
• Exterior cameras cover the front and back outdoor areas only.
• Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. No smoking, events or open fires (the propane fire table is the only fire allowed).

The place is really nice, quiet, and easily accessible to the water park, resort, Shenandoah National Park, and other areas of attractions. We stayed for 10 days and whenever we needed something Kyle was quick to respond. It was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids.

Owner was very responsive to any of our questions. There were plenty of extra blankets and comforters because we came when it was very cold. The kitchen is fully stocked. The home is in such a nice and peaceful area. Really enjoyed the porch.

Checking in was very easy. Kyle was great at communicating and answering any questions we had. The property was great and easy to locaton. We will book again in the future.
