About this apartment rental
The modern “Sweet Holiday” apartment is located on the first floor of a building constructed in the early 1900s. It features a welcoming entryway, a bright and fully equipped kitchen, and an elegant, spacious bedroom equipped with a quiet ceiling fan, which can be adjusted for direction and speed, as well as Wi-Fi and a TV. The bathroom is cozy and comfortable, equipped with a shower stall, a hair dryer, and a set of soaps and fragrances to ensure guests enjoy a truly relaxing experience.
We’re located in the Appio neighborhood, in the San Giovanni e Re area of Rome: just a short walk from the major historical and cultural attractions, where you can experience the charm of Imperial Rome and the papal era. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Circus Maximus, the Domus Aurea, and the Via Appia Antica. This strategic location allows you to easily access the metro and other public transportation options and quickly reach the Spanish Steps—famous for shopping and high fashion; Piazza Navona: a symbol of Baroque Rome; the Baths of Caracalla: one of the most magnificent examples of imperial baths, with much of their structure still preserved; Vatican City: a city-state at the heart of Rome and the center of the Roman Catholic Church. Furthermore, just a short distance from the apartment, you’ll find all the shops, banks, post offices, and restaurants you need to meet your every need: in particular, food lovers can sample the famous Roman “supplì,” Rome’s most beloved tiramisu, or the excellent artisanal gelato… a true delight for the palate, right at your fingertips.

An absolutely wonderful place, very spacious, perfect for two people. Full bathroom and kitchen, which we made great use of. Superb neighborhood with nearby excellent restaurants, coffee places etc. Southeast of the old city so quiet but plenty of activity nearby -- and only a few quick metro stops from Colisseum, Forum, etc. Fully equipped kitchen which we loved since you can easily get fresh fish, produce, etc. within minutes (many markets).Our host Andrew we can't recommend enough. A perfectly gracious and informative guide, he met us the afternoon we arrived, showed us everything in the place in great detail and was very interested in us having a great stay. He recommended sites around the neighborhood and across greater Rome. This was our first time in Rome and we'd be glad to come back. This is an excellent property run by very welcoming and informative people; we would definitely return and recommend it very highly.
