Enjoy city views from a long balcony at this three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse for six. The balcony opens from the lounge and main bedroom, and an elevator provides access to the apartment. A full kitchen, private parking and laundry make this a comfortable central Christchurch base.
The main bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. A second king bedroom and a room with two long single beds complete the described sleeping layout. Enjoy the long balcony, full kitchen and washing machine. Heated bathroom floors and room temperature controls add comfort. Private parking and bike storage are provided.
Guest access
The entire penthouse and balcony are for your private use. An elevator serves the building, and a designated private parking space is included.
Location and transport
A Cashel Street penthouse in central Christchurch, convenient for cafés, restaurants and shopping.
One free private parking space is included. Elevator access helps with luggage, and the central location makes walking a useful option for nearby outings.
I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: MUST return the key and FOB back to the lockbox. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE KEYS LOCKED INSIDE THE APARTMENT
7: Transport and labor costs for unlocking door:
Working Hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM): $60 NZD
After Hours, Weekends & Public Holidays: $150 NZD

This place was spectacular. Great location that is centrally located and close to everything. Beautiful deck, designated off-road parking and great, easy to follow directions. Hosts were excellent -- would definitely recommend and stay there again.
