This non-smoking house features two modernly equipped vacation apartments. Enjoy the timeless coziness on our terrace or relax in one of our provided lounge chairs. Your host lives right next door and is your on-site contact.
Whether you’re seeking the tranquility of nature or the proximity to the Generations Park with its Kneipp facility, Landhaus Christina offers you comfort and cleanliness. Book without a credit card, and don’t forget to let us know in advance if you’re bringing your dog. Vacations with dogs are only permitted in the 2-room vacation apartment (other pets are not allowed). Experience the idyllic setting and warm hospitality—we look forward to welcoming you!
On-site fees: Guest information • When booking the 2-room vacation apartment (2 ZKB), a maximum of one dog is allowed. Registration with the host is required. • When booking the 4-room vacation apartment (4 ZKB with guest bathroom), no pets are allowed. Vacations with Dogs: For guests and visitors, a maximum of one house-trained, well-behaved dog is accepted only in the 2-room vacation apartment. No other animals. Please understand that, out of consideration for future guests, we will remove carpets and bed runners. The one-time flat fee of €35.00 (excluding food) is not listed separately in the booking confirmation and must be paid to the host (private landlord) on site. Payment of Rent: Unless you have made a payment to the booking portal, the total rent is due on the day of arrival and must be paid in cash to the host/private landlord. Non-Smoking Apartments Please be considerate of future guests and do not smoke inside the apartment. Smoke only in outdoor areas. Short Visits If family members or friends visit you and stay overnight in your vacation apartment, they must register on-site. Surcharge of 20.00 euros per person per night, plus a linen package of 15.00 euros per person (1 set of bed linens, 2 towels).
