This beautiful apartment, decorated in authentic Savoyard style with the warm atmosphere of a cozy mountain chalet, is located on the third floor of the “Le Lyret 1” residence — a peaceful building ideally situated in a quiet area, yet just steps from the center of Chamonix.
Only a 3-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, the apartment offers a prime location to explore the Chamonix valley while enjoying a serene and relaxing environment.
Bright and tastefully furnished, the 77 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.), a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, and a welcoming dining area.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double bedroom with access to a private balcony, and a triple bedroom with two single beds and a raised single bed (mezzanine style). There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains, and a separate toilet for added convenience.
Outside, a furnished balcony offers a stunning view of the valley, ideal for enjoying the mountain atmosphere in both summer and winter.
The apartment also includes outdoor parking and a ski storage room for your comfort.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.The host was exceptional with providing instructions, checking to make sure everything was going well with our stay and responding quickly to our questions. The location was excellent. We were within short walking distances to lifts, train station and the town center.

We had a wonderful week skiing in Chamonix and the chalet worked really well for us all- well located and lovely & cosy. We loved it - thank you for responding really efficiently to any queries we had.
