• Hart Road, Richmond, Tasman - wonderful peace & privacy just a short drive from Richmond. Close to Fossil Ridge winery, the cycle trails, MTB trails & eateries of the Richmond town area. Nelson CBD is less than 20min drive, Mapua approx. 30min & Kaiteriteri just under an hour away!

• Hart Retreat will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Outside Pets - By special written permission only, outside pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am.

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
