It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a king bed room with a kitchenette and it has everything we needed for our family. We did encounter one problem. We set the thermostat on the wall at 68 degrees and the floor console at 66 degrees but the room would not
get cooler than 71 degrees so at night we were burning up. I brought this to the attention of the staff the day after our first night and was told that maintenence will come either that day or the next morning to fix it. When I followed up that night about maintenence not coming and to get a new room, I was told that every room like mine has been booked and that i would just have to wait for maintenence to come the next morning. I knew my husband and I weren't going to be able to sleep that night with it being 71 degrees so I asked for a fan and luckily was provided one. We waited for maintenence the next day and they never came. I do not believe I have to follow up more than once on a request, I expect that a business should meet any request that have been opened by a customer and unfortunately it wasn't.

The hotel was amazing the front desk clerk was very helpful and nice would stay at this facility again
