Discover this marvelous 4-bedroom FULLY EQUIPPED original cottage on Sunset Beach. "Just Struggling" is new to the rental market, and is fully stocked with nice, new items! Nothing has been overlooked! This brilliant cottage boasts 2 NEW king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 new twin bed, and comes with NEW linens and towels included with the rental! The 2 bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and hair dryers. Or take a private shower outdoors under the house with hot and cold water. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer/dryer, WiFi, heating, and AC. Experience a wonderful stay at our place in Sunset Beach. "Just Struggling" was built in 1960 and is one of the original 8 cottages on Sunset Beach. All of the charm, with updated baths and kitchen. This cottage has never been rented, has all new supplies and is ready for your family to make amazing memories. The kitchen has new pots and pans, knives, and all the supplies for gourmet meals. There are basic spices in the kitchen, as well as some cooking oils, coffee, tea, creamers etc. Both bathrooms have been nicely updated. New beds to assure a great night sleep. We include bedding and towels, less you need to pack. The ocean front-center island location is absolutely perfect for families. It's a short walk to the pier or the stores to get a refreshing Sunset Slush or ice cream from the Sunset Beach Trading Company! No need to bother with parking, you can walk everywhere! The screened room ocean side is the perfect place for a cup of coffee or a sunset cocktail while enjoying the ocean breeze and views of the water. There are beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon (please rinse off daily), laundry room (with detergent), and some games, books, puzzles and cards. New can lighting, furniture, and decor all work in harmony to showcase this charming original Sunset Beach gem!

My family absolutely loved our stay here. The house is basically right next to the pier and easy access to the beach but still felt private. We had 6 adults and 2 children and the house was a perfect size - we spent most of our time outside on the beautiful porch and deck to enjoy the view of the ocean. Very well equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation. We would love to rent this place again!

I was "Just Struggling" to leave such a scenic, comfy, convenient, clean, spacious, thought of everything location in Sunset Beach. Seriously, we had the very best location close to the ocean, of course, but also the pier/snack shop, coffee shop/bike rental, ice cream/candy shop. We were in the middle of everything! The house received raving reviews from my family all weekend. Honestly, l hated to leave...lt was not too crowded with a lot of pets, kids, cars, or people, in general. Sunset Beach is just a laid-back, nice place for people who want to savor the simple things in life, like me. And Just Struggling was the perfect place to unwind and relax...

Just Struggling is a gem of a property. We could tell by the listing that the cottage condition and host were a cut above and our stay absolutely met expectations. We are grateful to Cathy for opening her home to us.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this property, the location or the Host! As soon as we stepped inside, we were 100% certain this was going to be a terrific vacation. The view from the main living space or the back porch is unmatched. Every little detail has been thoughtfully and intentionally placed in the beach cottage even down to chip clips (which were left for the next guests ), beach chairs and a beach wagon. The Host was super quick to respond to any questions or clarifications. I can only hope that the property is available for our next Sunset Beach adventure.
